During your initial consultation, we will take down all of your emergency contact details so that, in the unlikely event of an emergency, we can contact you will immediately to let you know. If vet assistance is needed, we will take your pet to your nominated vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the closest vet at the time.
We have experience with caring for sick and injured animals, giving us that extra level of knowledge that will ensure your pet is safe in our care. For more information on this, please visit our 'About' page.
We pride ourselves on taking care of our clients' homes as if they were our own. Your house keys will be kept locked away at all times when not in use. In the unlikely event of your key being lost or stolen, you will be notified immediately. We ensure all exit doors are locked and secure before we leave.
Yes, if suitable and with your permission. In your initial consultation we will discuss your dog's recall ability as well as their favourite rewards (treats, toys). Your dog will only be let off lead when it is safe to do so, and we have your written consent. Until then, your dog will be walked on a normal lead or a long line.
If your dog struggles with their recall, we can arrange a training session with you to improve this!
As mentioned above, we treat clients' homes as if they were our own, and this includes leaving them as clean as we found them. We always carry cleaning products with us, as well as discussing your own home set up in your initial consultation (including poop disposal). We remove walking boots before entering your property and if we take your pet outside, they will be towelled down before coming back in.
Bank transfer is our preferred payment method, however we also accept PayPal, and cash payments. Following your initial consultation, we will send an email with our details on and you will receive a receipt of payment by email.
You are free to cancel at any time, but please give at least 24 hours notice.
If you are unsure what services are most applicable to your circumstances, for example do I need a 30 minute or 1 hour drop-in, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or schedule a free consultation with us where we can discuss your needs further.

(Updated March 2021)
Following the recent government announcement, remote training and video consultations will remain our preferred option while the roadmap out of lockdown unfolds. However, we plan to return to training in private gardens from the 29th March and in private houses from the 12th April, whilst maintaining social distancing guidelines. These dates may be subject to change.
All other services are able to continue as usual, with additional measures in place.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
